This policy explains what personal information Livina Digital collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it in plain English on purpose - if anything here isn't clear, just ask.

Who we are. Livina Digital is a trading name of Livina Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 15190198), based in Epsom, Surrey. We are the "data controller" responsible for your information. You can reach us any time at info@livinadigital.co.uk.

2. Why we collect it and our legal basis

We use your information to:

Under UK data protection law, our legal basis for handling your enquiry is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us and running our business, and taking steps at your request before a contract. 3. What we will never do

4. Who we share it with

We keep your information to ourselves as far as possible. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run the business, and only so they can do that job for us. These include:

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, as required by UK data protection law.

5. How long we keep it

If you enquire but don't go on to work with us, we keep your details for up to 24 months in case you get back in touch, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we work together and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.

6. Cookies and advertising

Our website itself does not set tracking cookies. If you reach us by clicking a Facebook, Instagram or Google advert, those platforms may set their own cookies to measure the advert's performance - this is covered by their privacy policies, and where required we'll ask for your consent first.

To exercise any of these, just email us at info@livinadigital.co.uk and we'll sort it out, usually within one month.

8. Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
